Take a shower or even better a bath and let LEMON VERBENA work its magic. Please take care after your bath not to be exposed to direct bright sunlight as there have been reported incidents (even with a low frequency rate) that show that the herb may be phototoxic. Finally, I would like to summarise the pros and cons of LEMON VERBENA so that you are totally aware of how and when to use it. If you want to lose weight, have problems with your digestion, feeling nervous make A TEA WITH THE HERB. Because of its CAMPHOR CONTENT you need to be cautious and don't drink more than 1-2 cups daily and please try not to use it for an extensive period of time, instead, try intervals. In addition to that, camphor is also known for its "chastity qualities" so you may experience that your sex drive drops a bit as that potentially is one of the effects of the calming properties of the herb. If you want to control your sex drive (and honestly I don't know many people who want that) you know the trick now (drink some LEMON VERBENA tea). If you want to tone your hair and firm your body, take a bath as explained above or use a soap that contains LEMON VERBENA. Here comes the controversy, the herb may reduce your sex drive when you drink it, but its scent is known for its aphrodisiac qualities. Arizona Pow Wow

Let me share this story with you. When I lived in Arizona I loved to go to Indian Pow Wows. I enjoyed their culture, dancing and fry bread. At this particular Pow Wow I was looking for a bears claw. I knew that t it contained great magical power. I walked around till I spotted an ole Apache selling silver jewelry. I went and talked to him.
